AOGFG gravity generator 4x OU (1 of 2)

I received this video from the British inventor today on Nov. 10, 2010. He shot it with his phone camera.

He claims that it produces 4x as much energy as it consumes to keep it rotating. He says the technology is capable of efficiencies much greater than that, and are in process of being developed.
